A good experience, based heavily on tech. Not a bad thing at all, as I was kept informed, got to see a picture of the flowers before delivery and was noticed several times about the delivery. The bouquet was up to or slightly above expectations. A good job for sure.

I ordered the arrangement for my Mom who lives in Murrells Inlet. I'm in Virginia. Customer service was friendly and helpful with sorting out the details. The flowers were beautiful. Mom called me as soon as she received them and was very excited. The fragrance of the flowers drifted throughout her house. Im very pleased with this florist.

I almost never leave a review when I purchase items, but I wanted to take the time to say that the I had called for a special order for my daughter's birthday. The service was outstanding, the arrangement was just what I wanted, and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. My daughter reported that she had received so many compliments on the arrangement, and that she suspected that I had spent a fortune on it. I chose Arts & Flowers because of the elegant, tasteful, and artistic displays on their website, and they certainly did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them. ---- Florist's Response: Thank You!!! We strive to exceed your expectations!! We look forward to serving you in the future! Sue J., Manager

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
