Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I called from out of town yesterday early afternoon as my niece just had a baby. I needed the flowers delivered the same day as i was not sure how long my niece would be in there. The woman i spoke to, whom i did not get her name and wish i did, was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful. I told her i wanted bright spring colors, which they did an amazing job and to my surprise they delivered the flowers within the hour. Super fast and what a beautiful arrangement.
